By accessing or using iepparenttools.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
IEP Parent Tools provides educational information and organizational resources. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Our checklists, guides, and other resources are intended to help parents prepare for and participate more confidently in their child's IEP (Individualized Education Program) process. They are educational and organizational in nature.
We do not guarantee any particular educational, school, legal, or IEP outcome from using our resources. Every child, school, and IEP process is different. Our materials are meant to help you prepare and organize — they are not a substitute for professional legal, educational, or medical advice specific to your situation.
When you purchase or download a digital product from us (such as a checklist, guide, or template), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or household use.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish our digital products — in whole or in part — to anyone else, including posting them publicly or sharing them with other parents, groups, or organizations outside your own household.
All content on this Site — including text, checklists, guides, graphics, and the IEP Parent Tools name and logo — is owned by IEP Parent Tools or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our content or branding without our written permission, except as allowed by the license above.
Payments for any products offered on this Site are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide. Please see our Refund Policy for information about refunds.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or to interfere with the Site's normal operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEP Parent Tools and its owners/operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including any outcome related to your child's IEP, education, or school process. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, together with the "Last updated" date above, is the current and effective version. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
